Created in 1998 and improved from 2007, the Faïenciers' Garden is located on the wasteland of the old Blies mill built in 1841, on the Blies River. The site was used for the preparation of the pastes used in the manufacture of Sarreguemines earthenware. Since 1998, it has housed the Museum of Earthenware Techniques.
The garden is nestled on a former granite quarry at an altitude of 650 m. Tons of earth and patient work have allowed several thousand perennials, bulbs and plant rarities to be planted in a succession of very different atmospheres, while maintaining a link with the enchanting environment of the Vosges forest.
